薇薇恩·韋斯特伍德Vivienne Westwood，人稱西太后。1941年出生於英國德比郡的克勞所普小鎮。她青年時代正好經歷20世紀60年代和70年代以及文化大變動時期，聞名於世的倫敦街頭文化對她影響顯著。她是歷史上與「朋克」聯繫最為密切的時裝設計師，當時，其他設計師還沒有意識到朋克的毀滅性力量之前，她就抓住它的叛逆本質。她的設計帶有強烈的搖滾和朋克服飾特徵。
