Автор, у вас хорошая рыба-окунь. Жаль, что замороженная и при готовке не получится уже такая сочная. Я филе просто обжариваю в панировке-мука. Но перед этим рыбу мариную -травки разные, соль, перец, чуть лимонного сока и растительное масло. И любое филе после этого получается вкусное.
