Девочки, кто часто готовит рыбу для свойе семь-какие рецепты используете? Где их находите? Хочу что-то вкусное из филе морского окуня -в морозилке лечит пару кусков. Я обычно только карпа жарила -просто на сковороде. Но там много костей и ребенку не даль такое.

А я , наоборот, не люблю речную рыбу. Она мне илом пахнет. Или же я не умею её готовить. Да и костлявая она. Покупаю замороженную, обжариваю кусочками и потом тушу с овощами. Вкуснотень.

Я филе просто обжариваю в панировке-мука. Но перед этим рыбу мариную -травки разные, соль, перец, чуть лимонного сока и растительное масло. И любое филе после этого получается вкусное.
